Learn Slider Moves On & Off the Barre. Perfect for the Pilates and barre instructor looking for new innovative exercises that flow together. Mix up different slider flows with Pilates and Barre moves. Be prepared to move on/off the barre with fun and practical combinations that you can take away and implement into your classes. For the workshop, you will need sliders or a towel to slide on the floor. The course is open to everyone!

This bootybarre™ workshop was once held in a Private Group session through ZOOM session instructed by Tracey Mallett and now available as a recording. When you register you will click & accept the terms of the contract to fully participate in the workshop proceeding with the cart order. After you complete your registration you will have direct access to a  Zoom recording with a passcode and a link for the Video Conference Call recorded on NOVEMBER 12, 2020.
