Advanced barre training for the inspired instructor who is looking for new ways to teach different formats at the barre.

Bootybarre sculpt uses a band that we attach around the ankles, knees, wrists and thighs to amp up your workouts at the barre. BB SCULPT is based on the fusion of Pilates and barre techniques that focuses on the total body, we move to the beat of the music a true combination of strength and flexibility.

This class is designed for fixed barre or very sturdy portable barres to ensure safety.

For the class you will need a extra long band to make loops at the ned of the straps and/or loops (that you can purchase from us).
