This bootybarre Primary Instructor Training course includes both the bootybarre Plus™ (Module 1) & Flex & Flow (Module 2) formats. This bootybarre® teacher-training program is pre-choreographed into segments that seamlessly flow together, ensuring the body is well balanced. Each segment is interchangeaprimary-instructor-training-module-1-milan-italy-may-13th-2023-copyble with on-going continuing education for bootybarre® licensed instructors which takes the guesswork out of teaching and keeps the classes fresh, and innovative. Our mission is to build a huge family of the most qualified bootybarre instructors that share their wisdom and expertise around the world. We pride ourselves on being an international, fit family whose is not to only spread the word of health and wellness but also that fitness is FUN especially at the barre! This training is the initial course required to become a bootybarre® Instructor with PLUS™ (Module 1) and FLEX & FLOW™ (Module 2) along with choreography & certification.
The training bootybarre™ course will be held In-Person and/or Live Online if unable to attend.
This will be a fully interactive course instructed by Italy’s Master Trainer, Nathalie Laprocina! You’ll learn to become a bootybarre® Certifed Instructor by physically attending this course and/or simply logging-in and participating from the comfort of your studio, home, or gym. Nathalie is well-spoken in Italian will take you through the bootybarre course fundamentals, movement and modifications, blocks, apparatus, and flow. After you register you will click & accept the terms of the contract to fully participate in the course proceeding with the cart order. Once you complete your registration, a week prior to the scheduled live date course you will receive an email in your INBOX (please check SPAM as your emails may get filtered by your provider). This will be an ongoing course. Feel free to learn at your own pace. You may watch the most current online sessions, along with other past sessions as many times as you’d like. If you have questions feel free to post them on the private group forum as your instructor/ colleagues can provide answers. We will send you login details for full choreography video access which you can keep for a lifetime (if you have not yet to have an account with us in programs.traceymallett.com, details will be sent after the scheduled course). The online course will take place for 90 days in a private forum via Facebook alone with access to other past live-sessions (this is a forum used for recurring courses). This live ZOOM session course will be filmed and recorded and later distributed after the course is finished.
* If you can’t join the stream live on March 4-5, 2023 not to worry, you’ll have 60 days to watch on Zoom recording access.

II. Registrant can transfer all monies paid to a future course within one year. Only one transfer is permitted.
III. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled course you are registered to, all monies paid will not be refunded or transferred to a future course.
IV. You can only transfer payment to another course one time. Upon your second request to cancel your attendance to a course, any and all monies paid will not be refunded or transferred to a future course.

TERMS OF SERVICE
Please READ the full conditions of service that you enter into by purchasing a course.
INSTRUCTORS REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND INDEMNIFICATION: INSTRUCTOR represents and warrants that he/she: has the full power, authority and ability to enter into this Agreement and perform all its terms; recognizes the high quality and standards BB/BBL has established and will at all times maintain those standards and do nothing to damage BB/BBL’s business reputation. INSTRUCTOR hereby indemnifies BB/BBL against all expenses, damages, liabilities and costs in INSTRUCTOR’s use of “The Marks”and the promotion and presenting of BB/BBL classes or the breach of its warranties and representations. INSTRUCTOR expressly assumes any and all liability for any expenses, damages, suits, liabilities or costs occurring during or resulting from his/her BB/BBL . classes.
USE OF BB/BBL MATERIALS: INSTRUCTOR agrees not to disclose the contents, reproduce or distribute copies of promotional and instructional materials.
PLEASE NOT THIS NON-COMPETE REQUIREMENT: INSTRUCTOR further agrees not to use BB/BBL materials, techniques, methods, product etc. (collectively “Intellectual Property”) to give any teacher training course(s) or alter in any material way the bootybarre or bbarreless fitness techniques, programs or classes. This prohibition on INSTRUCTOR’s use of any of BB/BBL’s Intellectual Property shall further expressly refer to any incorporation by INSTRUCTOR of such Intellectual Property in BB/BBL course or any barreless/barre fitness program for students or Instructor certification that is not an official course and for which fees are not paid to BB/BBL INSTRUCTOR will be subject to legal action if he/she continues to give barre type classes substantially copied from the BB/BBL exercise program when INSTRUCTOR is no longer certified.
